The room we had was beautiful, overlooking a garden with Mexican artwork and spacious closets, and the hotel's location was fantastic, a quick walk from a nearby resort.

The place was spotless and BEAUTIFUL LITTLE, it had genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. The location was perfect and quiet, relatively near Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. The property was set in a pretty area. I enjoyed staying at hotel and would love to come back here some time.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hacienda San Miguel Hotel & Suites in February. the location was wonderful and unbeatable, very close to good restaurants, shopping, the museum, shops. Easy access to beaches and other activities.

The place was very quiet and cute with a beautiful garden to which every room faced. The staff was also very kind and professional. Breakfast was brought to the room, very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great - not very far from an elegant cemetery. We were greeted by efficient, knowledgeable staff. Loved the way our queen studio with a kitchenette was arranged.

No complains at all, the hotel met the purpose. I liked the property, it was big and spotless, location was quiet next to sea. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the central shopping area and restaurants, ferry terminal. Easily reached Crazy King Burrito, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue, had lunch/dinner there. The service was excellent, the food was good. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

The staff here is always available and knowledgeable, making it easy to get help, and the hotel's location is central and within walking distance of the ferry pier.

Breakfast is simple, coffee or tea, orange juice and bread with jam and butter. For us it was more than enough since we went diving and did not have much breakfast. It is a lodge 6 blocks from the Ferry and downtown Cozumel but it is not more than a 10 minute walk. It has several shops and restaurants near by because of the malecon so we didn't have to go downtown if we wanted to have dinner. There is also a super 2 blocks away that has everything. The attention of the staff is super, they always responded well to everything we asked and Linda is too nice, incredible her kindness. The people who take care of the night, are very nice tb. It is a very quiet area to rest, there are no noises of music nearby or traffic. No airplanes either. We had a great time, and they allowed us to stay one more night (we went in the low season). Wifi is very good.

I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. the restaurant was good with delightful dishes. the location was peaceful, at a moderate distance from Piazza del Duomo. .

Everyone was very amiable and service-oriented.
